Delete Account and Data

LeafMedic AI users can request deletion of their account and associated app data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email us from the email address linked to your LeafMedic AI account:

support@leafmedic.app

Please include the email address used for the app account and write: "Delete my LeafMedic AI account and associated data."

Data deleted

When your request is verified, we will delete account profile data, saved plant diagnosis history, saved garden profile data, uploaded plant photos associated with your account, notification preferences, and app data stored for your account.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained only where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, or platform compliance reasons. Subscription and payment records are also managed by Google Play and may remain available in your Google Play account history.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. We may ask for additional information if needed to verify account ownership.

Cancel subscriptions

Deleting your LeafMedic AI account does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. To cancel, open Google Play subscriptions in your Google account and manage LeafMedic AI Premium there.
